The United States, Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Australia and Japan. If your country isn't on that list, email support@cartelmasks.com and say so — that's genuinely how we decide where to go next.
Postage is charged at what it actually costs to get the parcel to you, so it depends where you are. You'll see the exact figure at checkout, before you pay, the moment you pick your country.

Shipping within the United States is free on orders over $50. We'd love to do that everywhere, but sending a handful of masks to London or Tokyo costs us three times what it costs to send them across Colorado — and we'd rather charge honest postage than quietly bake it into the price of every mask.
Two separate clocks, and both are worth understanding:
You'll get an email with tracking the moment it ships.
Couriers don't always scan a parcel the second they collect it, so give tracking about 48 hours to start moving after that email lands. If it hasn't updated in a week, tell us.
International orders may attract customs charges, import duty or local tax on arrival. Those are set by your government, not by us. They're not included in what you pay here, and they're yours to pay — we can't predict them or waive them.
If an international parcel stalls, it's almost always customs. If it's been in transit more than 20 days, contact your local customs office first; it's usually sitting there waiting to be claimed.
If tracking says delivered and it isn't in your hands, check with anyone else at the address and with your local depot — parcels are very often left with a neighbour or round the back. If it's genuinely gone, email support@cartelmasks.com and we'll chase the courier with you.
We ship exactly to the address you type at checkout, so read it back before you pay. If a parcel bounces back to us because the address was wrong, we'll email you and re-send it once postage is covered. The rest is in Returns & Refunds.
